Electrician(s) Needed for our growing team

Currently seeking Electricians for new construction and service for commercial and heavy residential projects in greater Madison/Limestone Counties.  We are looking for skilled individuals that already have some experience and/or up to their Journeyman level to add to our growing team. In this role, you will assist our team with established customers in the new construction, service/maintenance and installation of both commercial and residential projects.



WORK TO INCLUDE:

Performs all electrical tasks with limited supervision.
Rough-in wiring with romex, conduit and/or MC
Installing boxes (metal and/or plastic) for switches and outlets
Installing light fixtures
Trim out devices
Able to work in a team environment
Ability to work with Customers/Homeowners/Contractors professionally
Troubleshoot a wide range of electrical issues/problems.
Execute service calls/small projects and work orders by installing, testing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Identify materials and amounts needed for new work and service projects
Updating Operations Team daily on job status

MUST BE ABLE:

Lift 50lbs, work from ladders, inside/outside work, etc
To bend, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, push, pull & reach overhead
Be on time
Demonstrates safe working habits and proper care for tools (wire cutters, screw drivers, electric drill), etc.
Manage daily material lists and time sheets
Qualified candidates will possess a can-do attitude, basic hand tools and present themselves professionally
Get work done in a safe, neat, clean, professional, workmanlike manner
Legally operate company vehicles and equipment
To determine the scope of the job, materials needed, and how best to complete the project in a safe and efficient manner within the deadline provided. Projects will vary in size and length of time to completion.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum age of 18
Valid Driver's License
Have reliable transportation to and from work.  
Good Color Acuity (determine wire colors)
Positive Attitude
Team player who can work independently
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:

Jobs require working in all elements (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
Use all types of ladders including step ladders up to 14 feet, “A” Frame and all size extension ladders and relocate a 12’ ladder by one’s self
Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
