Job Description
We’re expanding our local West Valley Phoenix territory and seeking one independent sales partner to help grow it.
This is not a job.
This is not hourly.
This is not remote.
This is a 1099 partnership for individuals seeking autonomy, responsibility, and long-term financial upside, rather than micromanagement.
You will be running your own business.
What the work actually looks like
You’ll be in the field, locally:
Walking into restaurants and other commercial businesses
Talking with managers and decision-makers
Identifying worn refrigerator door gaskets
Measuring and providing quotes
Following up and building long-term client relationships
It’s straightforward work. It’s not always easy. It does reward consistency.
Who does well here
This role works best for someone who:
Is self-directed and reliable
Is comfortable talking to business owners and managers
Can measure accurately and follow a system
Has reliable transportation and a smartphone
Understands commission-based income
Wants control over their schedule and results
