Customer Service & Administrative Support - Growing Plant-Based Food C

Join our enthusiastic team at a thriving plant-based food company! We're looking for a versatile, warm person to support our customers and help keep our operations running smoothly. This role combines customer service with administrative tasks, occasional warehouse support, and even some creative marketing opportunities.

Position Details:
-Full-time, in-office position
-Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
-North Phoenix location
-$22-26/hour depending on experience

What You'll Do:
-Respond to customer inquiries via email and support tickets
-Answer questions about our plant-based food products
-Handle order issues, shipping questions, and returns
-Provide recipe suggestions and product recommendations
-Administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and general office support
-Occasional warehouse work (light lifting, inventory support, order fulfillment)
-Assist with creative projects and marketing tasks as needed
-Help customers feel supported and excited about their purchases

-Someone who genuinely loves helping people and thrives in a varied role
-Warm, friendly communication style with a knack for making customers feel heard
-Strong writing skills and attention to detail
-Ability to multitask, pivot between tasks, and stay organized
-Comfortable with both computer work and physical tasks
-Passion for wellness, good food, and our mission (plant-based eating experience is a plus!)
-Customer service experience preferred, but we'll train the right candidate with the right attitude
-Creative mindset and willingness to contribute ideas
