Job Description

We’re a small business lending platform seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to support administration, sales, and underwriting tasks. This fast-paced role offers room to grow into underwriting, credit analysis, and higher-level operations. Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support for sales and lending workflows and some accounting.
- Assist with loan application processing, document collection, and data entry in CRM.
- Underwriting-related tasks: data gathering, basic risk assessments, collateral checks, and collaboration with senior underwriters.
- Maintain and clean Salesforce records: leads, opportunities, loan pipelines, and borrower accounts; ensure data integrity.
- Prepare client-facing materials (loan proposals, quotes) and assist with onboarding.
- Coordinate internal communications, follow-ups, and task lists; ensure deadlines are met.
- Track and report on lending metrics; assist with weekly/monthly reporting.
- Assist with marketing as needed.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and Office 365; familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Experience with Salesforce (admin or user) preferred.
- Exposure to underwriting or credit-related tasks a plus.
- Basic familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Fast learner, self-motivated, highly coachable; able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and time management.
- Effective written and verbal communication; customer-service oriented.
