Interviewer for Online Technical Interviews (Remote)

We are seeking a reliable and professional interviewer to conduct online interviews for an ongoing internal project. This role focuses on conducting structured, conversational interviews in a clear, respectful, and professional manner. Interviews will be conducted remotely using standard video conferencing tools (voice calls preferred).

This is a contract position providing ongoing interview work based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct online interviews according to provided guidelines
• Communicate clearly and professionally with interviewees
• Be punctual and adhere to agreed-upon schedules

Qualifications:
• Background or understanding of software development concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable computer, microphone, and internet connection

Details:
• Interview times typically range from 20 to 60 minutes.
• Working hours are flexible and negotiable.
• Compensation is $1 per minute of interview time.
