Commercial Pressure Washer / Steam Cleaning Technician (Night Shift)

Costa Mesa, CA

$25/hr+ DOE | Full-Time | Night Shift

We are immediately seeking an experienced Commercial Pressure Washing & Steam Cleaning Technician to join our team. We are a well-established company with over 20 years in business, servicing commercial properties throughout Southern California.

This is primarily a nighttime position with typical start times between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM, working 6–8 hour shifts.

Job Responsibilities
• Perform commercial pressure washing and steam cleaning using 180°+ hot water
• Safely and properly apply degreasers and cleaning chemicals
• Clean shopping center walkways, trash enclosures, building exteriors, awnings, roofs, restaurants, and other commercial surfaces
• Capture and submit before and after photos through the company mobile app
• Communicate professionally with team members, property managers, and the public
• Work independently in the field while coordinating with management and other technicians when needed
• Occasionally perform commercial window cleaning using spot-free water systems (bonus skill, not required)

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of commercial pressure washing / steam cleaning experience
• Experience working with 180°+ hot water systems
• Proficient in using degreasers and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively
• Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, job updates, and app-based reporting
• Strong communication skills (English preferred, even as a second language)
• Ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts
• Clean driving record — no exceptions
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
