Field Sales Representative – In-Person (20–30% Commission, Local)

This is NOT an hourly job.
This is NOT a base salary position (at the beginning).
This is an in-person, performance-based sales role with real long-term growth.

ABOUT US 🏠
We are Orange County Marketing Agency (OCMA).
We help local home service businesses get customers using simple offline marketing.

What we sell is very straightforward:
We print and deliver door hangers and flyers to every home in targeted neighborhoods.

Average deal size is $3,300–$3,800.

YOUR ROLE 🚶‍♂️
This is an in-person role in Orange County.

You will:

1. Visit local home service businesses
2. Introduce our service clearly and professionally
3. Build real relationships
4. Close deals in person

You are responsible for closing your own deals.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE 💰

Commission per closed deal:
20% = about $700 per sale
25% = about $875 per sale
30% = about $1,050 per sale

REAL INCOME MATH (NO BS) 📊

To make about $50,000 per year:
4–6 deals per month depending on commission level

To make about $65,000 per year:
5–7 deals per month

That’s it. No tricks. No hidden math.

This is very realistic for someone who is good at talking to business owners in person.

GROWTH & FUTURE 🚀

We use a tiered structure:

Start at 20% commission
Move to 25% once you prove consistency
Top performers earn 30%

Our top reps started exactly where you are.
Some are now earning $75,000+ and moving into leadership and territory roles.
