We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Orange County. In this role, you will focus on building relationships with criminal defense law firms, acquiring new clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment and is eager to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business relationships through cold calling and in-person visits
Conduct daily visits to law offices to present our services and build partnerships
Attend court dates with clients to provide support and advocacy
Continuously improve sales techniques and deepen knowledge of the industry to maintain a professional presence
Collaborate with headquarters to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in outside sales (required)
Valid driver's license (required)
Strong self-motivation, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently
Comfortable with frequent local travel within Orange County

Compensation and Benefits Base salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
Uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
