🧽 We're Hiring: Full-Time Residential Cleaner (Mon–Fri | On-Call One Weekend/Month)
📍 Location: Durham, NC & Surrounding Areas

✅ What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality residential cleaning services according to company standards and checklists
Travel to customer homes throughout the Durham area using your own insured vehicle
Follow detailed cleaning procedures for kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and more
Communicate clearly with team leads and clients as needed
Be available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with on-call availability for one weekend per month

Physically capable – cleaning is hard work, and you’re ready to move, lift, bend, and scrub for up to 8 hours a day
Professional – you’re respectful in client homes and represent DJM with integrity
Team-minded – you’re independent but willing to help your coworkers succeed
Trustworthy – our clients let us into their homes, and we count on you to do the right thing every time

🚘 Minimum Requirements:
Reliable, insured vehicle + valid driver’s license
Full-time availability: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm + one on-call weekend/month
Smartphone with texting, GPS, and camera access
Ability to pass a background check
Eligible to work in the U.S.
