Caregivers Needed-RCFE & Home Care Aides

Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for meaningful work caring for seniors?
We are hiring caregivers for an RCFE in Santa Clara and Home Care Aides throughout Santa Clara and San Benito Counties.

Position 1: RCFE Caregivers (Santa Clara)

All shifts available

Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities
- Providing care with dignity, patience, and respect
- Supporting a safe, calm, and positive environment
- Light housekeeping and documentation as required

Position 2: Home Care Aides (Santa Clara & San Benito Counties)

Multiple shifts & schedules available

Responsibilities include:
- One-on-one care in clients’ homes
- Personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping
- Meal prep, reminders, and mobility assistance
- Reliable transportation preferred (varies by client)

What We’re Looking For:

- Reliable, compassionate, and professional caregivers
- RCFE or Home Care experience preferred (but not required, we are willing to provide training)
- Current HCA registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background screening
- A heart for helping others
