Job Description
Choice Property Management is looking for a Property Administrator with positive attitude and great work quality. This position serves as the point of contact for all inquiries relevant to tenants, landlords and vendors. The position requires conflict resolution skills, communication skills, the ability to multitask and professional demeanor.
Position Responsibilities:
− Lease Creation
− Conducting and Scheduling move-in Orientations
− Coordination of move-in and move-out activities
− Responding to, qualifying, tracking and coordinating maintenance inquiries
− Following up and establishing quality of maintenance completed by in house staff and vendors.
− Organizing and following through on Lease Renewals
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of
Communication with fellow associates, homeowners and Board of
Directors
− Inspection Auditing
− Collection & follow through on certificates of insurance
− Conducting and Scheduling Tenant Move Out Activities
− Tracking all property activities utilizing multiple software programs
- Manage vendor relations
- Ensure maintenance of all files, records and correspondence in
accordance with company procedures and good business practices
Qualifications:
-Will train the right individual
- Excellent word processing, mathematics and computer skills required
- Must have valid driver's license
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very detailed orientated
- Must be a quick learner and able to think on their feet
- Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to type minimum 40 WPM.
− Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus.
