Job Description

We are looking for candidates with excellent computer skills, phone etiquette with articulate written and verbal communication skills, bilingual in Spanish.

Expected duties:

- Answer incoming and make outgoing calls
- Must be able to multi-task and work with little supervision
- Create and maintain reports in a timely manner
- Generate business correspondence in a professional manner
- Data entry
- General office maintenance

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be resourceful and able to problem solve
- Have strong organizational skills
- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain timely follow-up on projects
- Must be able to multi-task and work with little to no supervision
- Good work ethic
- Type 50+ wpm accurately
- Professional appearance
- Self-starter

Pay rate $22-$26 hourly depending on experience
Working between 30-40 hours weekly in Downey, CA
