Restoration Technician – Full Time | No Experience Needed

We are a growing restoration company in Eugene, Oregon, seeking a dependable and motivated Water Mitigation Technician to join our team full-time. This is hands-on work involving water damage cleanup, mitigation, and restoration in residential and commercial properties.

No experience is required — we will train the right person on the job. This position is ideal for someone looking for steady work, overtime opportunities, and a long-term career path in the restoration industry.

Responsibilities:
• Perform water mitigation services (water extraction, equipment setup, monitoring)
• Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, baseboards, etc.)
• Set up and break down drying equipment
• Take job photos and basic documentation
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Keep company vehicles and tools clean
• Work comfortably in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working in homes, attics, and crawl spaces
