Real Estate Agent - Clients Provided

Vossvio is partnering with a maximum of 10 real estate professionals per service area and provides participating agents with direct client inquiries. On average, professionals on the platform receive approximately 2–15 client requests per month, depending on market demand and availability. This limited structure allows for fair distribution, consistent support, and a focused local presence. The role is well suited for agents who prefer working with active client requests rather than spending significant time on outbound prospecting. This position is suited for professionals who are comfortable handling client requests, conducting real estate transactions, and managing their workflow independently.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client requests submitted through the Vossvio platform
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential properties
Conduct property showings and prepare comparative market analyses (CMA)
Negotiate offers and contract terms on behalf of clients
Maintain timely, professional communication with assigned client inquiries
Manage transaction documentation and updates using the company CRM
