About the Role -
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Trash Porter to join our team in Marianna. We keep commercial properties clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants and visitors.

Job Duties -
Remove all litter within property lines, including:
Parking lots, storefronts, garden beds, entrances, and rear areas
Blow storefronts and curbs clean
Empty storefront trash cans, wipe lids, and replace liners
Dispose of trash in on-site containers at the rear of the property
Maintain cleanliness around dumpsters
Report illegal dumping, graffiti, homeless activity, or property damage to management
Take and upload service photos into our mobile app

Schedule ; Hours -

This property is serviced on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for 1.5 hours. It must be serviced between 12am - 7am each service day.
Flexible opportunity: great for extra income before a 9–5 job or as a full-time position

Requirements -
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Must be responsive to management (English not required, but timely communication is important)
Pickup truck highly recommended, but not required
