About the Role: Do you know the difference between a high-launch shaft and a low-spin head? Can you explain "smash factor" to a mid-handicapper looking for 10 more yards? If you’ve spent your career in a fitting bay or on the floor of a major golf retailer, we want your expertise.
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who doesn't just "process tickets" but acts as a virtual caddie for our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for golfers inquiring about custom club specs, launch monitor data, and equipment recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise customers on golf club selection based on their swing speed, handicap, and current set makeup.
Translate "fitting speak" into actionable advice for customers.
Manage inquiries regarding order status, custom specs (loft/lie adjustments), and warranty claims.
Troubleshoot equipment issues with the authority of a seasoned retail veteran.
Qualifications:
Retail Experience: 2+ years in golf retail (Dick’s Sporting Goods, PGA Tour Superstore, Golf Galaxy, or similar).
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of club-fitting terms (CPM, kick point, swing weight, MOI).
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with launch monitor data (Trackman, GCQuad, or SkyTrak) is a major plus.
Communication: Ability to engage with golfers of all skill levels with patience and professional "pro-shop" etiquette.
