Shop Helper

Applied Composite Solutions, Inc. is seeking highly motivated entry-level Shop Helper to support daily general maintenance, and ensuring cleanness and safety of all shop including CNC machines.

• Maintenance & Cleaning: Keeping the shop floor clean, organizing tools/parts, performing routine equipment upkeep, and handling waste/recycling.
• Material Handling: Moving, stocking, and organizing inventory, raw materials, and finished products; unloading delivery trucks.
• Assisting Skilled Staff: Providing support to mechanics, machinists, or technicians by preparing kits, handing over tools, and fetching supplies.
• Equipment Operation: Operating forklifts, band saws, drill presses, and other machinery after training.
• Safety & Compliance: Following all safety rules, participating in safety meetings, and promoting good housekeeping.
• Administrative Support: May involve basic data entry, processing paperwork, or answering phones.
• Any other responsibility as required by the production manage
