Laborer / Operator

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our manufacturing facility team. This role involves supporting daily operations through physical labor, equipment handling, and assembly tasks to ensure smooth production processes. Duties

Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge to meet production standards.
Operate forklifts safely to move materials and supplies within the manufacturing or warehouse area.
Support the setup, maintenance, and cleaning of machinery and equipment on the factory floor.
Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping duties.
Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist with inventory management by counting, labeling, and organizing parts and supplies on the assembly line.

Experience
Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred.
Familiarity with forklift operation, including certification if applicable.
Mechanical knowledge or experience with assembly line processes is advantageous.
Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong physical stamina for lifting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
Knowledge of safety standards related to manufacturing operations is desirable.
