🎯 Objective



Looking for an experienced professional whose sole responsibility is to research, apply, and register our company on vendor lists for government agencies, municipalities, Ag companies, school districts, hospitals, property managers, and large corporations in Monterey County and California, with optional federal listings.




🧰 Responsibilities



Identify relevant vendor and procurement lists for:
Cities, counties, and special districts
School districts and universities
Hospitals and healthcare systems
Property management and construction firms
State and (if applicable) federal agencies

Complete and submit vendor registration applications, including:
Online portals
PDF or manual applications

Track application status and follow up as needed
Maintain a spreadsheet or report of:
Vendor list name
Date submitted
Status
Login credentials (if applicable)

Advise on any missing requirements (insurance, licenses, certifications)




✅ Required Experience



Proven experience with vendor registration / procurement portals
Familiarity with:
State and local government procurement systems
SAM.gov (optional but preferred)

Strong attention to detail and documentation
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines




⭐ Preferred (Not Required)



Experience with waste hauling, recycling, construction, or industrial services
Knowledge of California public agency procurement systems
Experience working with small businesses

Status report at agreed milestones
