Role Overview:
Do you have a strong mechanical background and a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives? As an Accessibility Specialist, you will travel to residential and business locations to evaluate, plan, and install life-changing mobility solutions. From modular aluminum ramps to sophisticated porch and stair lifts, you are the technical expert who ensures our customers regain their independence safely and effectively.

What You’ll Do:
• Field Evaluations: Visit customer sites to assess needs, recommend equipment, and sketch layout plans with accurate labor/material estimates.
• Precision Installation: Install, troubleshoot, and service equipment including Modular Aluminum Handicap Ramps, Porch & Stair Lifts, Vehicle Lifts & Grab Bars
• Project Management: Manage your own daily schedule, complete digital work orders, and maintain a clean, stocked company vehicle.
• Inventory & Safety: Perform weekly warehouse inventory reports and maintain all power tools and machinery to manufacturer specifications.

Requirements:
• Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with power tools and a strong mechanical aptitude (troubleshooting malfunctions is a daily task).
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift/move up to 100 lbs and work in varying weather conditions and terrains.
• Digital Literacy: Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and GPS for daily reporting and scheduling.
• Math Skills: Proficiency in basic measurements, fractions, and decimals for accurate job costing and site layouts.
• Compliance: Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), pass a drug screening, and pass a background check.
