Position Title: Community Recruiter (Referral Partner)

Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Community Recruiters to help connect women who may be interested in learning more about surrogacy. This role focuses on ethical outreach and relationship-building within local communities.

This is not a sales position and does not require prior medical or legal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Share accurate, respectful information about surrogacy opportunities
• Connect interested candidates with our professional coordination team
• Maintain ethical, confidential, and respectful communication
• Be a trusted point of contact within your local or online community

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Female, 21 years or older
• Well-connected within local, cultural, or online communities
• Strong communication skills and a high level of integrity
• Passionate about helping others and supporting family-building journeys
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
