Appliance Repair Dispatcher

Dispatcher / Service Coordinator Needed Remote position

An appliance repair company in California is looking to hire a dispatcher. We need someone who is fluent in both English and Russian, communicates confidently with people, and handles multitasking well.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming customer calls
• Create service requests and enter information into the Jobber system
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and confident manner
• Engage customers and motivate them to choose our company
• Maintain constant communication with technicians, relay information, update job statuses
• Handle multiple tasks at once: calls, messages, data updates, schedule management
• Work with a computer, email, and internal systems

Requirements:
• Fluent English and Russian (required)
• Experience as a dispatcher or in customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment
• Confident computer skills and attention to detail
• Stress resistance, politeness, and clear speech
