Handyman Needed – Storage Facility Repairs

We are looking for a reliable Handyman to help maintain and repair our self-storage facilities in the Huntsville and Guntersville, AL areas.

Job Responsibilities:

Repair and adjust roll-up storage unit doors

Fix door tracks, latches, locks, and hinges

Replace panels, springs, handles, and minor hardware

Perform basic carpentry, metal work, and light electrical tasks

General maintenance and minor repairs around the property

Identify issues and report larger repair needs

Requirements:

Experience working on storage unit doors or similar roll-up/garage doors

Strong general handyman skills

Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems independently

Must have your own tools

Reliable transportation between locations

Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual

Schedule & Pay:

Part-time / As-needed (with potential for ongoing work)

Flexible schedule

Pay based on experience (hourly or per-job)
