Financial Services Associate (Life & Health Licensed or Willing to Train)
Compensation: Commission-Based (Target $4,000 - $8,000+ monthly)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (1099 Contractor)
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our financial services team as a Remote Associate. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families to develop financial strategies, retirement plans, and insurance protection. We provide a structured mentorship program and use modern fintech tools to manage client relationships remotely.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct virtual consultations to analyze client financial needs and goals.
• Educate clients on insurance products, retirement strategies, and wealth-building tools.
• Manage a consistent schedule of client follow-ups and portfolio reviews.
• Attend weekly remote training sessions and professional development workshops.
Requirements
• Licensing: Must hold a valid Life & Health Insurance License, or be willing to obtain one (we provide study guidance and a pathway to licensing).
• Legal: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident and 18+ years of age.
• Technical: Proficiency with Zoom/Google Meet and basic CRM software.
• Soft Skills: Strong integrity, coachable attitude, and clear communication skills.
