Hands On Role - No White Glove Managers

We are a dynamic, rapidly growing Operations A-Team. This is a key role, which will lead to a promotion to a management role within 2 years. As a key member of our Operations division, you use AI to support internal and external users. You will focus on ongoing skill development to ensure consistent team success.

You understand that AI requires that you expand your skills, and you're willing to constantly learn new skills. You are not comfortable doing the same job in the past if you want to compete and escape average. AI demands that companies work more efficiently in smaller teams. This means everyone in the company is more competitive with their job roles, like a pro athlete. We're not a family. We compete to win.

Location: Rowland Heights / San Gabriel Valley + Huntington Beach, Irvine.

Commute: Up to ~35 miles (you must have reliable car)

What this is:

We help everyday people start and manage profitable small business on our tech platform. In addition, we run beach-based private rooms + business-focused stays.

Your job is to help operate the property + build a local network of fitness people, business owners, and ecommerce operators who want to stay / work near the beach.

You’ll do (real work, not busywork)


Operations

This is an entry-level position. We will train you.

Showings + check-ins/check-outs (simple system)

Light resets (supplies, linens coordination, checklist completion)

Vendor coordination (cleaners, handyman, deliveries)

Run errands fast + accurately (Costco/Target/Amazon returns/etc.)

Photo/video updates of rooms + property for listings (phone is fine)


Local network building

Talk to gym owners, trainers, wellness studios, boba/work cafes, cowork spots

Social Media Marketing and Book stays at properties in Huntington Beach and Carlsbad

Build relationships with local business owners in LA and OC, ecommerce founders / operators

Create a weekly “who’s in town” roster + invite list

Help drive weekend mini-events (1 daytime session, fitness + business vibe)


Who you are

Recent HS grad / college student / new grad (or equivalent hustle)

You have connections at UCI, UCLA, CSUF, USC, CSU Pomona, Chapman, CSULB, and all local JCs.

High energy, social, not awkward about walking into places and introducing yourself

Organized: can run checklists and follow up without reminders

Has a car, license, insurance, and can commute

Likes the beach / fitness vibe (you don’t need to be an athlete—just aligned)
