Freedom Deck Builders is an established outdoor living construction company specializing in custom decks, patio covers, and outdoor structures. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the production side of our projects and grow into a leadership role managing additional Project Managers.

This is a long-term career opportunity for someone with construction and project management experience who wants responsibility, autonomy, and the chance to lead.

The Role:

-You will initially manage approximately 3 residential projects at a time, working with and managing our long-standing subcontractor teams, the customers, suppliers and take full ownership of production through completion.

-You will be responsible for organizing projects before they start, keeping jobs on schedule and on budget, and handling the day-to-day production details.

Responsibilities:
-Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously
-Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and inspections
-Create material orders and job schedules
-Communicate with customers, subcontractors, and municipalities
-Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
-Solve day-to-day production issues
-Track job performance and profitability
-Learn new materials and pricing
-Provide reports and ideas to improve efficiency and margins
-Train and manage future Project Managers as the role expands

Qualifications:
-Construction and project management experience (residential preferred)
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Comfortable managing subcontractors and customer expectations
-Self-starter with a leadership mindset
-Trustworthy, professional, and good with people

Compensation & Benefits:
-Starting salary: $75,000
-Earning potential: Up to $135,000 based on performance and expanded responsibilities
