Broiler Farm Manager

Qualifications

Must have previous experience managing a large-scale Broiler farm
Strong understanding of poultry husbandry, including nutrition, health, and behavior
Mechanical aptitude and experience with farm equipment maintenance and repair
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

Will be responsible for maintaining clean facilities, performing repairs, and ensuring the well-being of our poultry
Manage the daily operations of the broiler farm, including walking houses, feeding, watering, and monitoring the health of chickens
Ensure that the facilities are kept clean and well-maintained at all times
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on barns, equipment, and infrastructure
Set up, take down, and wash barns according to established protocols
Monitor environmental conditions and implement measures to optimize the health and well-being of the chickens
Follow biosecurity measures to prevent the spread of disease
Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and other relevant data
Work independently to make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively
