We’re hiring a strong, experienced apartment maintenance technician for a Mesa property near Gilbert & Broadway, managed by Cushman & Wakefield.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re looking for someone who knows multifamily maintenance, understands urgency, and can handle the full scope of apartment maintenance independently.

Responsibilities
• Apartment turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance
• Plumbing, electrical, HVAC support, appliances, drywall, paint, and general repairs
• Working efficiently on an occupied community
• Maintaining professionalism and a strong sense of urgency
