Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to union members to assist with activating or renewing their benefits.

Conduct one-on-one Zoom consultations to walk members through their coverage options and answer questions.

Help members understand their group benefits and transition into personalized, permanent protection plans that meet their long-term needs.
