Client Intake Coordinator

About the Job:
To provide sales and marketing support by executing and producing media, reinforcing the firm’s brand messaging and vision. Support the firm by building a pipeline of leads to meet business objectives. This position requires tenacity, strong judgment and quick decision-making skills to identify the potentiality of new firm business.

Responsibilities:

Print / Video Producing:
• Execute and create video and print media projects as directed.
• Experience in all aspects of print production: prepress and final printing.
• Proficient in video production and editing.
• The ability to optimize content for various social media platforms.
• Bring a strong awareness of current video and motion graphics trends to the team.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Lead Generation:
• Generate leads via inbound phone calls, social media and emails.
• Insight into the needs of potential clients with the intent to engage.
• Research and maintain lead database.
• Create client files and enter them into case management system.
• Follow-up with clients regarding case information and documents.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat.
• Graphic Design and illustration expertise is required.
• 1-2 years sales or lead generation experience desired.
• Experience researching and maintaining databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-developed customer service skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
