Caregiver/ Childcare/ Nanny/ Homecare Aide

We are a licensed home care agency based in Fremont, CA, currently hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers and nannies to support families in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, SanJose, Milpitas, Fremont, Pleasanton, Dublin, Castro Valley.

This is a professional caregiving role providing in-home assistance to seniors and/or children, depending on assignment.


Responsibilities
Depending on the client, duties may include:

Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Companionship and supervision

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Medication reminders

Childcare support (if nanny role)

Safe transportation (if applicable)

Required Qualifications :

At least 1 year of professional caregiving or nanny experience

Valid government-issued ID

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Strong communication skills and reliability

Preferred but not required:

HCA registration (California)

CPR / First Aid certification

CNA or childcare training

Previous agency experience

Pay:
$21–$25/hour, depending on experience and assignment

Flexible schedules (full-time/ part-time)

Weekly or bi-weekly pay
