I'm looking to share my private salon suite at Sola Serramonte with a licensed, independent, stylist who wants a professional space to run their own business without the cost of a full-time suite.

The Space:
- Private salon suite
- One station available
- Split-week schedule- only one stylist works in the suite at a time
- Each stylist will have designated days each week (days to be discussed and agreed upon)
- Clean, professional, and client-ready environment

Rent:
- $523/week
- $261.50/stylist/week

Storage:
- I currently use the built-in storage
- I am willing to purchase and provide a storage cabinet for the incoming stylist

What you'll need to provide:
- Your own backbar products
- Towels, drapes, and smocks for your use
- Any tools or supplies needed to service your clients
- You should be prepared to operate independently, as if running your own business on your scheduled days
