Job Description

ABOUT US & THE ROLE
We are a boutique residential care home located in the beautiful coastal community of San Clemente. We are not a "facility" in the traditional sense; we are a home. Our 6-bed residence is owner-operated and dedicated to providing a level of care that feels like family.

We believe in "Unreasonable Hospitality." We don't just check boxes; we go above and beyond to make our residents feel truly seen and valued. We are looking for a team member who takes pride in the "extras"—whether it's plating a meal beautifully, anticipating a need before it's asked, or spending extra time listening to a story. We want someone who brings a service-first mindset and treats our residents with the same attention to detail you would find in a luxury hotel, blended with the warmth of a loving home.
