We’re seeking an experienced Office Leasing Professional to market and lease a 2,171 sq. ft. office suite in a boutique 10,000 sq. ft. building in Jack London Square’s Waterfront & Warehouse District.

About the Space:
• 2,171 sq. ft. suite (can be leased whole or split into two private access spaces)
• Includes kitchenette, open workspace, and private offices
• Reserved off street parking
• 24/7 secure access
• Close to freeways, ferries, BART, Amtrak, plus eateries, breweries & entertainment

Ideal Tenants: Professional services — tech, law, design, marketing, consulting, brokers, researchers, etc.

What You’ll Do:
• Market the suite across networks and listing platforms
• Conduct tours and handle inquiries
• Provide feedback, tenant screening support, and leasing recommendations

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven commercial office leasing experience
• Strong Bay Area broker/tenant network
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Must live within a reasonable commute for tours
• CA real estate license not required

Compensation:
Advance base + commission or commission only with a sizable bonus.
