Job Description

We are a busy sign and graphics company based in Linden, NJ looking for a reliable, motivated Office Secretary to join our team. This position is full-time and on-site, so candidates must live nearby and have reliable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle office communication (phone calls, emails, appointments)
Write and respond to emails professionally
Fill out applications and paperwork
Research online and generate content
Reach out to influencers and business contacts
Assist with social media marketing and online promotion
Occasionally visit city offices or meet clients locally when needed

Requirements:

Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
Basic computer and internet research skills
Experience with social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Knowledge of business communication
Strong organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and personal transportation required

Bonus Skills:
Experience with marketing tools or platforms
Previous experience in signage, printing, or creative industries
