We are looking for: ACM Manufacturer (CNC Operator + Programmer/Draftsman)

Technical Description of the Role
We are not just looking for a machine operator, but a comprehensive manufacturer. The candidate must understand the logic of ACM material (Alpolic, Reynobond, etc.) and know how to convert an architectural plan into a ready-to-install panel.
Detailed Responsibilities
1. File Preparation: Perform efficient nesting and program toolpaths for grooving (V-groove) and perimeter cutting.
2. Calculation of Deductions: Adjust the AutoCAD drawings considering the deductions for bending according to the thickness of the material (4mm generally).
3. CNC operation: Source setting (Z-zero), changing tools, and calibrating the vacuum table.
4. Material Handling: In-depth knowledge of bits for ACM (90°/108° bits for bending and upcut/downcut for cutting).
5. Assembly: Supervise or perform the riveting of clips, reinforcements (stiffeners) and placement of structural tape if the project requires it.
Mandatory Technical Requirements
1. Software: Advanced mastery of AutoCAD (2D indispensable) and CAM software such as VCarve Pro, Aspire or EnRoute.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years working specifically with Aluminum Composite Material.
3. Accuracy: Ability to work with tolerances of +/- 1/16".
4. Physical: Ability to maneuver 4'x8', 5'x10' or larger sheets with assistance.
