Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly organized professional to work directly with our VP and assist upper management in daily operations, client onboarding, and team coordination. This role is for someone who takes initiative, follows through on projects, and helps turn company goals into real results.

Responsibilities:
• Support VP with daily planning, priorities, and follow-ups
• Communicate with new and existing clients, assist onboarding
• Assist with employee training, interviews, and SOPs
• Coordinate with office teams, including shipping and receiving
• Ensure projects and tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements:
• Experience in executive support, operations, or office coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently
• Professional, reliable, and discreet
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday–Friday
• First 90 days: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• After training: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• $20–$22/hour to start, based on experience
