bartender for well-loved, high-end restaurant --min. 3 shifts!

We are currently looking for an experienced bartender to join our amazing team at a well-established, busy and very well regarded restaurant in Santa Cruz. Voted "best of" in more than one category, we take pride in showing up the best we can on a daily basis.
Our ideal fit would be someone who has worked in the industry and has traditional service values including being welcoming, warm & highly professional. Someone who appreciates high quality food and beverages, has an interest (or experience) in Italian wines and wants to join a small and exceptional team would be a great fit!
The right attitude matters more to us than the perfect background, so please if you feel you're up to it and can handle working in a high-volume environment but maybe only have "casual" experience, do not shy from applying!
We invest in our staff and are committed & proud to have very little turnover so finding the right person is our priority.
This position could easily grow into a management position in time if the right person is found.
