VIRTUAL / HYBRID PARALEGAL – LITIGATION (Orlando Law Firm) – $45/hr

Busy, growing Orlando law firm is seeking an experienced litigation paralegal who can work virtually (or hybrid if local) and handle real responsibility — not just data entry.

We are not looking for beginners, recent grads, or people who need training. We need someone who already knows how litigation actually works and can step in and move files forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will work directly with the attorney on active cases including:

Drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and discovery

Managing case deadlines, calendars, and court filings

Organizing evidence, exhibits, and case files

Client communications and document intake

Preparing cases for hearings, mediation, and trial

Primary focus is civil litigation, with a strong plus for experience in:

Bankruptcy

Family law

What We Need

2+ years of litigation paralegal experience (more is better)

Comfortable working independently without micromanagement

Familiar with Florida court systems, e-filing, and deadlines

Reliable, organized, and responsive

Already set up to work remotely (computer, internet, quiet workspace)

Pay & Structure

$45 per hour

1099 or W-2 depending on fit

Flexible schedule, as long as work gets done
