Job Description
A recently expanded massage therapy for pain relief clinic is looking for a part-time business manager and executive assistant. More importantly, looking for the right person who is enthusiastic to help me grow my massage therapy for pain relief clinic to serve more people in SLO County.
Primary duties:
Scheduling, client follow-ups, client care
Execute marketing ideas including email marketing
Develop new allied partnerships and attend networking functions
Increase business visibility via TV, radio, social media, newspaper
Light bookkeeping
Office management and some HR
And more.
Requirements:
Have interest in the industry of wellness and longevity; loves receiving massages and other therapies.
Excellent communication skills and possess a warm and friendly personality
Must be honest and caring and have a sense of humor
Be detail oriented
Excellent reading and writing skills even with the help of AI
Be fast learner and solid problem solver
Have previous office managing experience
BE enthusiastic about this position as you see it as a place to shine and show off your skillset as we both build up this business to sparkle!
This position is a blend of remote and in-person. 10-20 hours to start.
