✅ Responsibilities
• Complete daily maintenance work orders and unit turns
• Perform vacant unit make-ready for new move-ins
• Repair plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and flooring
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Maintain common areas and curb appeal
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed

🎯 Qualifications
• 1+ year apartment or building maintenance experience
• Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills
• HVAC experience a plus
• Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
