Description: Program Director(Requires Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm(in persons)

Position Summary
The Program Director is responsible for the overall management, administration, and operation of the Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) / Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) center. This includes ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining program quality, coordinating interdisciplinary team services, and promoting the health and well-being of participants.

This is a very rewarding opportunity to work with seniors in SunnyDay Adult Day Health Care Center. Position requires bilingual in English and Chinese. PROGRAM DIRECTOR: (Requires Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

Qualifications
Education Bachelor’s degree in health administration, social work, nursing, public health, or related field (required).
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience Minimum of two (2) years of management experience in a health or social services program.
Experience in geriatric, disabled adult, or community-based care strongly preferred.
Familiarity with CBAS/ADHC regulations, Title 22, Medi-Cal, and CDA guidelines.

Skills and Competencies
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of interdisciplinary care coordination and person-centered planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in documentation, data management, and regulatory compliance.
Licensure/Certification
Must meet California Department of Aging (CDA) requirements for Program Director.
CPR and First Aid certification (current).
Valid California driver’s license (if required by the center).
Master’s degree preferred.

Working Conditions
Full-time position, typically Monday through Friday.
May require occasional evenings or weekends for special programs or community outreach.
Work performed in a licensed adult day health care setting.
