Paralegal - Immigration

Law offices of Wiliani-Malek in Santa Ana has immediate opening for a senior immigration paralegal.

We are a Board Specialized Immigration Law Firm located in Santa Ana, Orange county, California. with 25+ years of legal practice, we have successfully undertaken numerous immigration cases, resulting in creating highly positive image of a successful law firm, having most of our new clients coming to us through referral by previous clients.

Job functions:
. Follow internal intake procedures after a client retains our firm
. Effectively communicate with clients to collect and assemble documentation
. Prepare appropriate immigration applications for family-based immigration, Removal and Humanitarian for filing with the appropriate government agency
. Prepare unlawful presence, fraud, and waivers,

Qualification and Required Skills:
. Minimum 5 years Immigration Law experience
. Bachelor’s degree required
. Bilingual in English and Spanish
. Proficiency in MS Office a must
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Maintain strong attention to detail; and ability to prioritize activities.
