Machine Operator

About the Role
We are a growing manufacturing company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating machinery, maintaining high-quality production standards, and ensuring efficient workflow throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor assigned machinery and equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Perform set-up, calibration, and basic adjustments to machines as needed
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency
• Identify and report mechanical issues or malfunctions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow daily production schedules and meet output goals
• Document production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered
• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, instructions, or measurements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in environments with noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
• Ability to perform repetitive motions

• 2:30pm-1aam Monday-Friday
• 5:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
