FENCING INSTALLERS – SUBCONTRACTORS – FOREMAN (STEADY WORK)
We are a well-established fencing contractor seeking experienced subcontractors, foremen, and installers/helpers for ongoing residential fence installations.
SUB-CONTRACTOR FENCE INSTALLERS (Professional Crews Only)
We are seeking experienced subcontractor crews for ongoing residential fencing projects. This opportunity is not for new installers or learning crews. We are looking for professionals who take pride in their finished work.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years fencing installation experience
Experience with full fence replacements and new installations
Professional workmanship is required
Willingness to share examples of past work or reference completed installs
Work Details
Primarily residential fencing projects
Work is reviewed for quality and consistency
Ongoing work available for crews who meet our standards
Pay Structure
Piece-rate pay (per foot, removals, gates, and travel pay)
Pay rate based on experience, with increases for proven work ethic and quality

Requirements
Minimum 3 years fencing installation experience

Experience leading or working with installation crews
Work Details
Residential fencing projects
4-day work week (4/10s)
Company truck provided (must have own tools)
Hourly and/or piece-rate opportunities depending on experience
Pay
Up to $30 per hour, based on experience
Additional earning opportunities available for proven performance

Must have basic hand tools (list will be provided) and diggers
