Job Description

Turn My Unit is a high-volume apartment turnover company that has completed 1,000+ unit turnovers across Greater Los Angeles. We're looking for skilled, reliable painters and handymen to join our operation.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be assigned apartment units to turn over from start to finish. This includes painting and general handyman work — you need to be able to do both.
Painting: Interior wall and ceiling painting, touch-ups, patching and full repaints.

Handyman work includes but is not limited to:
Changing front door locks and mailbox locks
Replacing outlets and outlet covers
Installing new toilet seats
Installing and repairing blinds
Caulking (tubs, sinks, windows)
Changing light fixtures

How It Works

1.You get assigned a unit
2.You visit the property and fill out a scope sheet to send to us
3.You pick up supplies at Home Depot on our company account
4.You complete the turnover

That's it. No chasing leads. No bidding on jobs. We keep the work flowing — you just show up and get it done.

Pay Structure — Profit Share Model
You keep 60% of the profit on every job. Here's a real example:
Invoice Amount $2,000
Expenses (supplies + cleaning)-$560
Profit = $1,440
Your Cut (60%) = $864
The more efficient you are, the more you make. Simple. (Quality needs to be good or we will get called back to fix by client. So this isn't just a speed race to the end.)

Requirements

Must be able to paint AND do handyman work — this is non-negotiable.
Must have your own transportation
Must have cell phone and be able to communicate and update about jobs daily through text message or whats app.
Must speak English (other languages ok too)
We are able to access units usually on Monday-Saturday 8am-5pm (No working on units in the middle of the night and picking up supplies outside normal hours)
Must be trustworthy and comfortable picking up supplies on a company account.
