Bankruptcy Paralegal

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Indianapolis, IN, for a Bankruptcy Paralegal. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, assisting with bankruptcy filings, managing Chapter 7 , 13 & 11 cases, and ensuring compliance with court procedures. The role requires coordinating with attorneys, analyzing case details, and maintaining meticulous documentation to support the legal process effectively.
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with Best Case software In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Bankruptcy Law and Chapter 7, 13 & 11 process Understanding of court procedures and working with courts Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Relevant paralegal certification or associate/bachelor’s degree in legal studies is preferred Prior experience in legal, bankruptcy, or law office settings is a plus
