Student Housing Community – Isla Vista, CA

We are seeking a reliable and organized Onsite Manager for a 50-unit student housing community in Isla Vista. This position is ideal for someone with prior onsite management experience who enjoys a hands-on role and being part of a residential community.

Compensation & Benefits

• Free rent in a 1-bedroom unit (utilities included)
• Washer and dryer onsite
• Stable, long-term opportunity
Schedule
• 30 hours per week
• 4-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
• Onsite office hours required
Responsibilities
• Day-to-day onsite management and resident support
• Prepare and distribute resident notices
• Correspond with residents professionally and promptly
• Light maintenance and basic repairs
• Grounds cleanup and general property upkeep
• Pool maintenance and monitoring
• Coordinate with ownership/management as needed
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience (required)
• Ability to perform light maintenance and physical tasks
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working in a student housing environment
