We're looking to hire part-time Behavior Therapists with the potential to grow to full time after hire.
Afternoon/evening availability is a must. This position will work alongside individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities in home, school and/or community settings, to assist with meeting educational goals, daily living skills, implementing a behavior plan and offering support in accessing their communities. We are currently looking for qualified staff throughout Eastern Humboldt County, in Willow Creek, Hoopa, Weitchpec, Orleans and surrounding areas. We provide initial and ongoing training. Annual raises available for eligible staff. Outside hires start at $20-23/hr; long term employees can make up to $28/hr. More opportunities for growth (increased pay rate, increased responsibilities) for staff with Bachelor's degree in a related field.
