Must successfully pass San Bernardino County Background Check (Finger Prints taken).
Have own transportation.
Under general supervision, performs a variety of cleaning and custodial duties including daily
cleaning and supplying of bathrooms, offices and other assigned areas in accordance with
standard procedures. Uses cleaning devices such as wet mops, wringers, duster, vacuum cleaner
and other necessary tools, products and supplies. Removes trash to appropriate areas. Dust
furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
All Area Details:
 Remove trash, wipe clean receptacles, replace liners (Including feminine hygiene). Place
all gathered trash in the designated area.
 Move and replace mats, trash and, small fixtures as needed to property clean the floor.
 Detail sweep, mop hard floors excluding shop floors. Detail vacuum entry mats and
carpet.
 Remove recent smudges and spills from Interior doors.
 Wipe clean and disinfect major high touch point surfaces.
Entry &Common Area Details:
 Sweep-remove loose debris from exterior entry door area.
 Spot clean Interior window glass and fully clean entry door glass.
 Wipe clean door frames, ledges, thresholds, and Tesla signage up to 6ft. Dust and spot
clean TVs. Showroom/ Gallery Area Details:
 Spot clean walls and wipe clean signs and graphics up to 6ft.
 Wipe clean paint trays, glass shelves, rims on display, and running countertops.
 Wipe clean open areas of desks, furniture, computer bases, and chairs.
Customer Lounge, Office, and Conference Area Details:
 Vacuum furniture upholstery, and wipe clean hard furniture, and tables as needed.
 Detail dust computer base, light frames, desks, window ledges, and loose fixtures up ot
6tt.
 Wipe clean and maintain coffee and snack area.

 Dust open areas of desk Including computers and phones. Do Not move papers or
personal items.
 Spot clean Interior glass and dust window blinds as needed.
Restroom Details (customer &employee as applicable):
 Detail clean and disinfect floors and fixtures (sinks, toilets, dispensers, and urinals).
 Replace supplied consumable products (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, seat
covers).
 Clean mirrors. Dust the tops of fixtures and celling vents up to 10 Feet.
 Spot clean walls and entry doors Including kick plates.
Breakroom Area Details:
 Clean and disinfect tables and countertops. Do Not move personal or food items.
 Wipe clean exterior of appliances (microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, water
dispensers).
 Spot clean cabinet facings. Wipe clean and sweep-dustmop under vending machines.
 Wipe clean, disinfect, and polish water fountains.
Physical Demands:
1. Regularly required to bend, sit, stand, squat, stoop, walk, push, pull, reach with hands and
arms at shoulder level or below, use hands to finger, handle and/or feel objects, tools or controls,
speak and hear.
2. Occasionally required to kneel, climb and reach with hands and arms above shoulder level, lift
up to 60 pounds.
3. Always required to wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which may include
gloves, goggles, aprons, belts, etc.
